Changes & Cancellations

Changes to Your Order
Changes to cake design, flavors, servings or other order details must be submitted in writing at least 3 weeks before your event. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the final price.

Wedding Cancellation Policy
Your 25% retainer is non-refundable and reserves your event date.
60+ days before your event: The 25% retainer will be forfeited. Additional payments made beyond the retainer may be issued as Sugar Divas store credit at our discretion.
30–59 days before your event: The 25% retainer will be forfeited. Additional payments made beyond the retainer may be issued as Sugar Divas store credit.
Less than 30 days before your event: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No store credit will be issued. Sugar Divas store credit does not expire.

Postponements
If your wedding is postponed rather than cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to transfer your order to a new date, subject to Sugar Divas' availability.
Additional fees may apply if changes to the date, design, servings, or other order details result in additional costs.

Liability & Responsibility
Sugar Divas is responsible for your cake until it has been safely delivered and set up. Once delivery and setup are complete, responsibility for the cake transfers to the client and/or venue.
Sugar Divas is not responsible for damage that occurs after setup due to handling by guests or venue staff, weather, temperature, outdoor conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Allergens
Our kitchen handles dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and other allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for communicating relevant allergen information to their guests.
